மூன்று தமிழர் உயிர் பாதுகாப்பு இயக்கத்தின் சார்பில் தியாகராய நகரில் நடைபெற்ற பொதுக்கூட்டத்தில் மே17 இயக்க தோழர் உமர் பேசியது.
Mr. Umar one of the Coordinator of May17 Movement delivered a significant speech in a Public conference held in Chennai to abolish death penalty.
On his speech he insisted about the two unexceptional judgments by the indian judiciary, One on 12th when Prof. Bhullar sentence was confirmed and Sajjan kumar who is an important accused in 1984 Sikh genocide was set free today. The judicial system has lost its morality.
He also quoted a case in America as example for wrong judgment that causes the life of an innocent when the truth was revealed. In india none of the case is investigated properly, in Prof. Bhullar case, the judgment was given based on the statement received from Prof Bhullar, and Justice AP Shah said that the statement cannot be an evidence and he released however the other two judges were contrary
All the judgment given so far for Rajona, MN Das, Periarivaalan, Murgan, Santhan case was also investigated in similar grounds which are against the judicial process.
He also requested the state to consider the recommendation Mulla commission for the people who are facing the gallows for more than 10 years should be released and let Tamil Nadu be an example state for others and indian hegemony.
